OT4CLIMA is a strategic project aimed at the development of innovative technologies for the observation of the Earth, and the development of useful services to theadaptation and mitigation of climate change. The initiative has integrated scientific expertise and technological solutions to improve the ability to monitor the area, to assess the environmental risks, and to support the decisions of sustainable planning.
Openet Technologies S.p.A. has played a key role in the project, contributing with its expertise in the field ICT, remote sensing, management of geospatial data and the development of digital platforms.
In particular, Openet has:
- participated in the development of platforms WebGIS for the visualization and analysis of climate indicators and risk;

- implemented solutions for interactive data by public authorities, decision-makers and citizens, by encouraging the dissemination of a culture of risk and adaptation.
The solutions developed by Openet have made it possible for a data collection and analysis more efficient environmental data, by supporting targeted actions in the areas of agriculture, management of water resources, prevention of natural disasters and the protection of the territory.
Thanks to the project OT4CLIMA, Openet Technologies has strengthened its commitment to theinnovation in the service of sustainability, proving the value of digital technologies in addressing the challenges of environmental and climate of the future.
