Openet Technologies S.p.A. has played a central role in the project, contributing with their expertise in the field ofICT, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing and monitoring systems.
Openet Technologies S.p.A. ha svolto un ruolo centrale nel progetto, contribuendo con la propria expertise nel campo dell’ICT, dell’Internet of Things (IoT), del cloud computing e dei sistemi di monitoraggio.
Among the main activities carried out by Openet:
- the development of software platforms for real-time management of energy flows;
- the design of the cloud infrastructure for the collection, processing and analysis of Big Data from sensors and devices to the network;
- implementation of user interfaces and interactive dashboard for operators and network operators;
- application of predictive algorithms and models of artificial intelligence for the optimisation of energy consumption, predictive maintenance and the prevention of failures.
Thanks to the contribution of Openet, the project NET-ECO has shown how digital technologies can to enable a more sustainable, efficient and resilient energy infrastructure, laying the foundation for smart grid advanced and low impact on the environment.
