The project is H@H – Hospital at Home was a true innovation in the field of health care, by offering an advanced model of home care, high-intensity, that lets you bring hospital services directly to patients ' homes. The objective was twofold: improve the quality of life of patients and optimize the resources of the health care system, reducing the use of extensive hospitalization.
The heart of the project is the use of medical technologies integrated, smart sensors, and digital platforms that enable the remote monitoring, continuous medical intervention at a distance as well as personalized assistance according to the real condition of the patient.
Openet Technologies has played a strategic role in the development of the technological infrastructure of H@H, contributing with its expertise in the areas of IoT, cloud computing and systems, digital health.
In particular, the company has:
- developed systems IoT safe and reliable to connect to medical devices to the cloud;
- made platforms for the management and analysis of clinical data in real-time;
- edited integration with health systems, ensuring interoperability, and operational continuity;
- implemented solutions for telemedicine, facilitating the direct contact between the physician and the patient from the remote.
Thanks to the contribution of Openet, the project H@H became a model is practical and effective healthcare digital decentralized, capable of offering advanced healthcare in the comfort of the home, with greater efficiency, safety and humanization of the assistance.
